You did everything you could but BA’s computer would not let us check-in online and we had to check in at the airport and got rubbish seats on the flight out. Fine on the flight back.

We got upgraded on the outward flight and then, because the screen on my seat didn't work we got one further upgrade to 1st class! We shared this in shifts. Then on the flight back we got upgraded again to Premium Economy. It's never happened to us before, but let's hope it does again.

ANDAZ Hotel, West Hollywood - good recommendation. Would stay there again if in Los Angeles . Itinerary worked well. But disappointed with the BA 787 Dreamliner from Nashville to London

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nashville Virgin Hotel, which is very new and high tech. Our return flight from Nashville to Miami was a problem as there were no seats and we were redirected via Charlotte. However American Airlines gave us compensation. Many thanks for your organisation.
In no way the fault of yourselves but the outbound flight on BA was an absolute shambles. Incredibly cramped seating ( no doubt due to the retirement of the 747) and poor food, bordering on inedible. The return flights on American were far superior in all aspects.I would not hesitate to book with you again however, I will purposely avoid BA at all costs
