It's not until something goes wrong with your travel plans that you realise the benefits of booking with them. After sitting on the plane at Gatwick for a couple of hours our flight was cancelled due to a technical issue. At 11pm there aren't that many people in the airport to help. Fortunately a call to DialAFlight's emergency phone line had me talking to Korinna within seconds. She was able to see there were no flights from Gatwick the following morning but there were spaces on the Heathrow flight and she changed our booking to this flight. She also re-arranged our connecting flight for Dubai to Delhi. All this whilst my husband was trying to talk to the airline's customer call centre who were saying they couldn't do anything as the flight hadn't been officially cancelled! A big thanks to Korinna for her help.
No hitches on the way despite the potential for this to happen. Radisson Blue Hotel in Connaught Place excellent service and very convenient for shopping and restaurants.
Other than the changes with the flights everything else was great

Excellent service from booking to departure.
Absolutely amazing trip! Nothing to complain about and only one thing I would change. Whilst we won't race back to Delhi I feel perhaps a hotel in the airport district would have been better especially the 2nd time there given we were using the airport for Nepal. The transfer days were a good opportunity to chill as there was a lot of sitting about. Will definitely be looking at using you again for another eoic adventure in the future!

Shane was brilliant as usual. Great communication. Great suggestions and a most pleasant disposition. The tour company in India Tamarind were brilliant and kept us informed every step of the way and our driver is especially deserving of praise and all guides were good.
Really helpful and such nice people
As usual, Connie at DialAFlight came up trumps for our recent trip to India. From finding a complicated itinerary of flights that worked brilliantly for us, to ensuring we had all the necessary documentation and informing us promptly of any changes to the schedule. The security of knowing that you have a contact 24/7 in case of flight issues whilst away is invaluable. We would never use or trust any one else to book our flights
There were a few lapses in communication but all were resolved and nothing that spoilt the holiday
The Virgin flights were great, especially with upgrade on way back. Hotels were ideal and tour of Old Delhi was superb. Thank you Jim for leading the way. Where to next time?
