Outward Lufthansa flight a disaster. Flight cancelled, BA got me to Heathrow, after about 6 or 7 hours wait I got a Lufthansa flight to Munich. Arrived at hotel just before midnight. One small bottle of water and a small square of chocolate was Lufthansa's idea of nourishment. Hotel restaurant closed.

We had a great holiday but the airline lost our luggage on the way out and the pilots went on strike for the return and hence we were stranded.
