Day 1
After your flight to Copenhagen check in to the First Hotel TwentySeven for two nights. Centrally located, it is an ideal base for your stay whether you choose to explore on foot or public transport. Alternatively, live like a local and rent a bike at the reception. One hundred years of history have been protected and combined with a contemporary, quirky and colorful palette. And the hotel's enclosed courtyard is a lovely cozy place to relax after a day’s sightseeing.

Day 2
Copenhagen is known as the happiest capital city in the world and is home to distinct and innovative dining, from Michelin starred restaurants such as Nomad, to informal bistro’s serving New Nordic cuisine, so be prepared to loosen your belts. Museums are scattered throughout the city and a visit to the tiny by iconic Little Mermaid is a must. Enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of Nyman and be charmed and thrilled by the 165 year-old Tivoli amusement park where, at night, thousands of coloured lights create a fairy-tale atmosphere.

Day 3
Make your way to the train station today for the short journey across the Oresund Bridge that links Denmark to Sweden. Famous as the location for the Nordic Noir TV crime thriller ‘The Bridge’, it is an engineering feat. being the longest underwater tube tunnel and cable-stayed main span in the world. Your home for the next two nights is the Clarion Collection Temperance Hotel, located in the oldest and most charming part of the city. Back in the 1900’s the hotel and kitchen was built to provide the poor of the city with a healthy diet.

Day 4
The city of Malmo is less crowded than its more famous neighbours but no less exciting with designer shops, beautiful scenery and delicious food. The Turning Torso and Modern Musset, represents the modern contemporary style that sits comfortably alongside the traditional areas such as Lila Tog where you can sit with a drink or coffee and watch the world go by. There are plenty of organised tours you can take or you can explore the city on your own.

Day 5
Today after breakfast a high speed train propels you through endless forests and small villages to Sweden's capital city Stockholm in under five hours. On arrival you check into the First Hotel Reisen where you will be staying for the next two nights. Originally built in 1760, this cozy and charming ‘home from home’ has rooms with views of the Old Town alleys. It is in an ideal location from which to explore this picturesque city built on and surrounded by islands.

Day 6
There is something special in never being more than five minutes from the waterfront. Ferries scuttle between the cities islands, each with their own personality and attractions. Grand public buildings contrast with the cobbled streets of Gala Stan (The Old Town). The Vasa Museum (entrance included), Stockholm’s open-air museum, Skansen and Östermalmshallen, the food hall brimming with delicacies, are must do and must see activities.

Day 7
Today your fascinating Tale of Three Cities tour comes to an end and it will be with some reluctance that you say farewell to Stockholm and head to the airport in time for your return flight. But try to squeeze some extra time by taking a late afternoon or evening flight home which will allow you to see more of the sights and do some last minute shopping.
