Everything went well. Bruce was very helpful, answering every question that I had and returning all my calls and more than happy to help. Excellent customer service. Have used DialAFlight for years and very happy with their services and recommending to my work colleagues and friends. Keep the good work going. Thanks so much to the team.

Fortunately I was able to prebook my desired seats, which was a bonus, as were the special meals also prebooked. Flights excellent and all in all a good trip! Here's to the next time!

Thank you DialAFlight for helping our family to relocate to Canada. Great service, great staff!

The car that was provided for us was too small. Think the question needs to be asked if there are 4 people how many bags there will be? We also weren't made aware that we could pre-book our internal flight seats with United Airlines

Delta did manage to lose my baggage for two days leaving me without any clothes other than the ones I was wearing. However, this Delta's error not DialAFlight's.

Travellers should be warned that nowadays many airports expect you to be able to operate the self activated screens for booking passes, and that a certain amount of activity needs to be performed by the traveller on websites. While this may be second nature to younger people it may be worrying to older travellers. I would like to add that your transfer people in Canada who took us to and from Niagara and Toronto were first class and great ambassadors for their role.

Flew to Canada

One of our travellers had a problem at check-in with her ETA. Her application had been paid for, accepted by the Canadian Government, and a confirmation email sent by them. However, it was not registered when she tried to check in online or at the airport and therefore not allowed to travel to Canada. This was because she had entered her passport number prefixed by GBR. In the end she had to apply again on her phone whilst at check-in and luckily the confirmation came through minutes later and she was then able to travel. Perhaps you could pass this info on to your clients - seems ridiculous that the Canadian Government confirm the application even though the information is incorrect and even worse it doesn't come to light until you try to check-in.

Not having used a travel company before ( I always booked direct with airline) I was pleasantly surprised with the service offered. Mason was there to answer any queries and it was refreshing to be able to deal with one person rather than just whoever answered the phone. Will recommend and use again

Rocky was our contact and he was very helpful, ensuring we had boarding passes as we did not have access to a printer whilst travelling.
