The only problem we had was with the seating arrangements on the flights. I understand this was the fault of the airline not DialAFlight

Everything was great - transfer from one place to another was excellent
One small glitch around a transfer time was quickly resolved and it would have been good to be told that I could reserve plane seats 30 days out because I had no choice at check in but otherwise all worked well and we were confident in your arrangements as always.

Conrad did a good job - he did say the Novotel was having an upgrade. It has lost its sparkle but understandable after Covid. We will stay there again when next in Bangkok.

Excellent trip both ways. We were worried about having to wait until a day later for our connecting flights but The Novotel Hotel at Bangkok Airport was a super experience. The free shuttle on both occasions took us directly to the booking hall for the airline we had to book with, so no problems at all.
