Overview
Nestled in Zimbabwe's huge and diverse Hwange National Park, Little Makalolo camp is the perfect place to spot a huge range of spectacular wildlife, as well as to relax and enjoy creature comforts including hot showers, a swimming pool, great food and spacious accommodation. On this four-day trip you can expect to see elephants, giraffes, buffalo and many other wonderful creatures.
Day 1
Victoria Falls to Hwange
Your adventure starts with a road transfer from Victoria Falls Airport to your camp in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe's largest game reserve. Little Makalolo lies in the heart of the Park, in one of its best game-viewing areas, overlooking a vibrant waterhole. With just six traditional-style tents, you're guaranteed privacy and a sense of remoteness, and the excellent facilities include en-suite bathrooms and both indoor and outdoor solar-powered showers. There's an open fire each evening, and a swimming pool that's perfect for a refreshing dip.

Day 2
Little Makalolo Camp
Today you have a full day to relax and enjoy your safari. The 1.4 million hectares of Hwange National Park are home to a diverse range of both desert-adapted and woodland species, so you can expect to see large numbers of animals all year round, including elephant, buffalo, sable, roan, giraffe, wildebeest, impala and gemsbok.
