If you have that back to work feeling you're not alone. This is traditionally our busiest week of the year as customers start thinking about winter and summer breaks. Anywhere to find some Vitamin D - just like the Manchester United players in Dubai this week.
There's definitely more uncertainty this year with the basic details of Brexit still unresolved and we are regularly being asked should we book or should we wait?
Our view remains the same as other years. If you are travelling during half term or the summer holidays and you want a reasonable deal and certainty about when and where you are going then book now. Prices will not come down and availability will be scarce.
If you are travelling outside those periods and you are flexible then there will always be opportunities. Some travel experts are suggesting avoiding the first two weeks after Brexit on March 29 in case of possible disruption and we don't disagree with this advice.
British Airways, Virgin and Emirates still have sales on for the next few days so it is not too late to bag a bargain.
However this year turns out we'll be doing our best to help customers enjoy their time away and putting in the extra hours to help if things go wrong.
Mostly things go like clockwork but in the last few weeks our 24/7 team have been helping customers delayed by late flights, missed connections, typhoons, tsunamis and, of course, Dronegate. And we love it when we hear from a customer that our efforts have made a real difference:
'My family and I were grounded by the Gatwick drones issue - but you managed to save Christmas by getting all 5 of us on decent flights the very next day, for much cheaper than I had expected for last-minute tickets. Our travel manager went out of his way to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout the booking process, as well as afterwards.
'His customer care is exceptional, and he is a true asset to your company. Please pass along my heartfelt gratitude to him for his friendliness, kindness and hard work - as well as the thanks of our relatives in the USA who had lost hope of seeing their grandchildren for Christmas!'
Safe travels.
