Have used DialAFlight for years and always had a good experience. Very efficient at informing you of flight changes and sorting out alternatives. Takes the hassle out of sorting these issues out yourself and always matched price of alternative websites.
The only comment I would make that was not positive was that the flights organised through American Airlines were a bit close together for timely connections.
It was reassuring that Elliot was able to confirm the change and the further change due to the weather since the airline had forgotten to confirm the new schedule by email to us as promised
