Thank you for organisng a wheelchair which was much appreciated. Although I can walk everywhere and went up the 162 steps to the Crown of the Statue of Liberty I find standing causes my knee to become stiff and aching.
The holiday was amazing and the hotel outstanding. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip. We had a great time and will contact you for our next break away!

I love the feeling (rightly or wrongly) that there is a friend at my elbow just in case. This time all went well - except that my suitcase was lost in transit between Heathrow and Manchester and this happened in Newark the last time I flew. Real nuisance but nothing to do with you.

Excellent service. Our travel consultant, Jason, got us a deal that we were very happy with. He was always available to answer queries and did so efficiently and accurately. He even called to remind us of check in details and to ensure that we had everything we needed. Extremely happy with this service and have already recommended to numerous people.
Cristiana and Zac were incredibly helpful, resourceful and calm - I made a spelling mistake in my booking and they handled the issue and all the admin around it so professionally and attentively.
