A bit tight on the return leg. I landed into Dublin from San Francisco in time but by the time I got off a full flight (Spring break) I got to my gate with 5 minutes to spare before the gate closed. A bit stressful. All in all though DialAFlight was very good and everything went well. Thank you.

The flights were on time and the crew were very helpful.
We would suggest that any future clients should be aware that there is a resort fee at the Royal Hawaii Resort charged at $42 per day per room which we were not aware of and this was charged whether or not the listed facilities are used also flights into and out of Hawaii carry a fee for luggage booked into the hold of the aircraft and the fee for our luggage was $105 each way for 3 pieces.
I use you for long haul all the time. I will now use you short haul too. I recommend you to everyone I know.

Terminal 5 at Heathrow is in chaos. No facilities for First Class or Business Class to book luggage in. Queues for everything. Totally unacceptable if one has paid so much for a ticket. BA seem to have lost the plot.

As usual, everyone is really helpful and constructive, making suggestions to better organise my journey. It makes such a difference to talk to experts in their field rather than staggering through the process oneself online. Also, I consistently find that DialAFlight is equivalent or cheaper than the eventual cost online.
