I had complete confidence, reassurance, trust and value for money booking with DialAFlight.
We would suggest that any future clients should be aware that there is a resort fee at the Royal Hawaii Resort charged at $42 per day per room which we were not aware of and this was charged whether or not the listed facilities are used also flights into and out of Hawaii carry a fee for luggage booked into the hold of the aircraft and the fee for our luggage was $105 each way for 3 pieces.

As usual, everyone is really helpful and constructive, making suggestions to better organise my journey. It makes such a difference to talk to experts in their field rather than staggering through the process oneself online. Also, I consistently find that DialAFlight is equivalent or cheaper than the eventual cost online.

Everything was excellent - Harry Clark is the best! Great pre-holiday care. The only thing was that the car seats were an unexpected cost of circa $130 at the end of the trip where I thought all costs were covered in quote (perhaps my bad memory). We could have bought two booster seats for less than the rental cost so was a bit bummed by this. Otherwise all excellent and very much appreciated Harry all the way!

All hotels/motels were fine with the exception of Redondo Pier Inn which was not particularly nice - rooms smelt of stale cigarettes. Thankfully only there for brief stop on road trip so no real impact. Appreciated being able to contact DialAFlight when we wanted to tweak itinerary whilst in USA - saved lots of unnecessary time in LA traffic!
We needed to make last minute car hire changes and they were dealt with swiftly with great communications. It was very reassuring knowing there was someone to help at any time of day
