For years we have always used DialAFlight. Love how you get through in 5 seconds or less. And Chris and his team are great.
Terminal 5 at Heathrow is in chaos. No facilities for First Class or Business Class to book luggage in. Queues for everything. Totally unacceptable if one has paid so much for a ticket. BA seem to have lost the plot.
Met our expectations as usual. Good communication. Tristan is tops!
Still having problems getting special assistance. Need to tell the person at check in. Otherwise excellent. Will definitely use DialAFlight again.
