Not your fault but every outgoing flight was late and late arriving at final destination. Our daughter in NZ says Qantas have reputation for this. Return flights also late but Emirates seemed to manage it better and helped to connect. Many thanks for your help

Excellent service, holiday was brilliant. Flights and food by Emirates were excellent, but the leg from Melbourne was not as good by Qantas. Very ropey flight and the breakfast was inedible. Otherwise a brilliant service all round and all flights on time. I thoroughly recommend DialAFlight

You send all the information needed as soon as flight is booked and give a call a few days prior to flight to check that everything is ok. Always there to answer any questions that might arise and always answered promptly.

The only flaw was the time between flights in New Zealand where an hour between arriving at the Domestic Terminal and having to pick up baggage and transport it a 10 minute walk to International terminal, rebook luggage in and pass through security to catch the first of the international legs.

Initial booking was fine - offered sensible choices and we chose one which worked well. Seat booking felt very haphazard. Not sure why it was not done at time of booking. We finished up in seats right behind families with young children!
