My flights were all fine and I checked my luggage in at Heathrow and didn’t see it again until I reached Queenstown despite taking three flights to get there.

Etihad had confusing seat selection

Etihad a nice airline but beds designed for small people. Take plenty of cash as shops don't take credit cards for less than 500 Bats. Hotel great, lovely people and good food.

Manny Mittoo is a guarantee of excellence and has been for 13 years. But this was the first packaged product I have used and the Ground Agents/Zahara in Oman excelled at poor communication and choices. Precisely which of them was to blame I am sure we will never know.
