Trevor was very professional and took care of all our needs. Great communication and response to any questions was very quick. Answered any queries we had and added lounge passes to our booking. Hotel and flights were excellent. Phone call before holiday to check we had everything we needed. Would rebook again and recommend to family and friends.

A group of us went on a cruise with stopover in Rome and Barcelona arranged by Jonathan. Hotels were excellent and in city centre easy to get around. All transport arranged by him and his team, who were very helpful in an emergency we had and arranged new flights
DialAFlight performed but not BA who were almost 2 hours late.

The hotel was great! It was very close to all public transport stations. The food was good at the hotel and the range for breakfast was modest. I will gladly go back to this hotel. Great birthday present for my husband.

Vueling was OK at Gatwick with Fast Track and Group 1 for loading, but Barcelona was very different. We had boarding cards from our UK online check in, but baggage tag machines would not work and we had to go to check in desk. Again this was very quick, but the boarding process was terrible. Standing around for over an hour at the gate because of bad weather over UK without any explanation or announcements. They need to learn some customer relations there.
In this day and age a first class personal service is hard to find. DialAFlight delivers on this big time. Thank you for a top, personal service. Just to have my initial call answered swiftly and politely by a human being was surprising. My details were taken and I received help and a response speedily by Roy. An amazing service all round. I will use them again and recommend to others.

We found Hotel Mascagni in Rome near the Rome Termini train station an excellent recommendation. Would stay there again
