Hotel was good. Assistance at Birmingham airport very poor and at Doha. Phuket assistance was good. Will not fly with Qatar again. A stupid women picked the wrong bag up but got my bag back on 15th March. This was not your fault

Darren Mosley delivered as usual - exactly what we were expecting.

I doubt we will use Qatar Airways again. One of our outbound flights was completely wrong as our seats had been changed and we had to fly 5 seats apart from each other. After contacting Qatar they said they had the right to change seating arrangements without prior discussion. The return flight was no better as we did get seats together but in different locations to what we asked for.
