Faultless as always but not impressed with flydubai! Very much a budget airline - not good for an 8 hour flight. Meal provided but after that not even offered a glass of water!

The team are certainly experts in searching the best deals available to match our needs. The communication from start to finish was excellent and the email reminders, some may find too many however we really appreciated being kept informed. The transfers were superb and we are really happy with our holiday. Stevi really stood out to us from start to finish and we would definitely approach her for future business, hopefully later this year.

Dont suggest Fly Dubai for long haul flights, it was a terrible experience

We had to contact the emergency number and spoke to Russell. We wanted to bring our flights forward due to government advice to return to the UK at the earliest opportunity. He dealt with our request speedily and efficiently making the whole process stress free.
Once again Otis was fantastic. He delivers everything we ask for and keeps us updated with a friendly professional attitude. Over the years we have booked many of our holidays through DialAFlight. I have recommended him to lots of family and friends and they too have been very happy with him.
We much appreciated the phone call prior to leaving for Krabi. The Eva flight was excellent, slight delay on departure but flight arrival time made up en route. The in-flight meals were extremely good. We were greeted upon arrival at Bangkok and escorted to their Domestic departures. Really good travel arrangements.
We very much enjoyed the holiday but the second hotel was on a hillside and we had around 180 stairs to the beach. My wife has a medical condition and she struggles with stairs. But the firdt hotel, the Layana was lovely.
Really impressed with all aspects of our flights and again Dennis and the team were terrific. Thank you for another safe journey with DialAFlight.
