Our flight was cancelled on the day it should have flown! But Alan sorted it out. We still arrived the same day, albeit a bit later.
American Airlines were great - offered a direct flight from Raleigh to London instead of going via New York and took it at no charge. A nice surprise

Since my daughter moved to the US I have taken regular flights with DialAFlight and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am disabled and not that great with computers and they always help me and even phone the day before my flight. I never feel I have wasted my money with them. You could do a lot worse than use this company for all your holiday needs.
Flight from New York very overbooked, bit of chaos and left late serving dinner almost midnight, but no fault of yours. Not sure how they over book sears, even offering $700 in vouchers and a flight the following day to give up a seat.

I would suggest that you use different car rental company other than Dollar. Some of their vehicles are less than pristine and higher mileage.
