Return journey was not as planned. We missed connection from Atlanta to Manchester as connecting flight from Augusta was delayed. Eventually flew to Heathrow then Manchester arriving there 12 hours later than expected.

Allow more time for connections via JFK when entering the US via JFK. Going back through security at JFK was awful after re-checking bags (v busy and v slow).

Wouldn’t recommend United for long haul. BA much better. Food terrible, TV didn’t work, no pre-flight drink in Premium Economy.
