Very good to have the back up of the office for any queries which were responded to so helpfully. A suggestion - do advise passengers transiting through LA that it is a tedious 2 hours process
We was told it was just a touchdown in Melbourne without the need to exit the plane. This was incorrect as we did have to exit and wait 1.5hrs going out and on the return. It was nice to stretch our legs but DialAFlight should make people aware pre flight.
