When transferring in Auckland, leave more time for connecting flight. Auckland airport is very busy.
All flights were excellent and couldn't thank the BA staff enough for their assistance throughout the long flights.

Ellis has been super efficient and helpful. When the first flight out of Aberdeen on our way to NZ was cancelled I was able to phone him and he booked us on the next flight which made the connecting flights.
I was going to contact Darryl to tell him how pleased I was with his service as I had a wonderful trip. I would use DialAFlight again and I already recommended my son who is in New Zealand right now and used your services. Felt confident that you could sort out any problems. Not your problem but the airport assistance at Dubai left a lot to be desired! They seemed to be very confused! Airport assistance we do recommend if you have a problem.

When our flights were changed no-one told us that checked baggage from Queenstown had to be removed at Melbourne and rechecked in for the Melbourne to Perth flight. Just a little inconvenient. But otherwise all was brilliant.
