Airline cancelled flight and DialAFlight got us on an earlier flight which worked out very well. Very impressed with the speed of service. Suggestion - please utilise Whatsapp for emergency out-of-hours because eSIMs are becoming the norm for travellers.

All went really smoothly as planned. We didn't need to use vouchers at all. All reps and drivers and tour guides made contact early and we felt really looked after. Hotels excellent and cruise wonderful. Will be recommending you to family and friends for bespoke tours.

Milo was excellent. The only negative was our first hotel in Cairo, which was a dry hotel that didn’t serve alcohol located in an area unsuitable for western tourists. This hotel was recommended by your local agents in Egypt and was a huge disappointment. Milo managed to find us a different excellent hotel for our second stay in Cairo and we ended the holiday on a good note.
