Stan Castle was exceptional. After our flight schedules were changed (making the original plan unworkable) he quickly came up with an alternative which worked out very well.
We weren't prepared for changing terminals at Mumbai on the way out. It wasn't easy to find out what to do. It would be helpful to have more advice about tipping EVERYONE, especially the guides.
I had trouble checking in for my outward flight and staff at DialAflight did it for me. Philippa also did the check in for my return flight which was very reassuring

We were totally satisfied with the arrangements made by Monika and Tamarind Global and as a result we had a marvellous and memorable experience. The comfort and food on British Airways was poor and put to shame by the performance of the internal airlines.
If seats could be reserved during booking for both outward and return flights, that would be really helpful, otherwise we are obliged to accept whatever is available during check in
