After being picked up from your hotel you drive south to Salobrena, a gleaming white village perched on a hill, and walk the steep narrow streets and climb to the 10th century Moorish castle. Next stop is the fishing village of Almunecar for lunch before continuing to Nerja to visit the town’s famous caves. This impressive cavern system, discovered in 1959, is believed to be one of the largest of its kind in the world.
