A bit annoying that Norwegian didnt allow online check-in as we only had hand luggage and had to queue for ages in the airport as they were so busy and only had 2 desks open

You guys were fine, but I shall never fly British Airways again. We still don’t have our bags from last Friday. It’s at a courier, but BA transcribed my phone number wrong and there is no way to correct it as you can’t get through to either them or the courier by any means.

Mia's choice of hotel in Copenhagen was excellent for a 3 day visit and the upgrade to a medium size room was a great choice. There was the usual passport control delays which we are all experiencing, but this was helped by being able to drop the luggage off before the two check ins.

Hotel location was fabulous, literally a 5 min walk to station at end of road and couple stops to airport. And not too far to walk to main centre

Definitely great support. One thing that would have helped me is to have had clear step by step instructions on how to do online checking in. Also, checking regarding ability for getting around.

Flights all OK and hotel comfortable with good food. Only comment would be to take care which room to accept in the Admiral hotel. Ours was on the top floor with stairs from the living area to the bedroom, which were steep and not really suitable for the elderly.

Boarding passes didn't scan at security control, both journeys even though followed instructions you sent but not a problem, sorted at airport.

Your service was good but the boat cancelled the Greenland and we finished up doing North South East and West Iceland plus the Faroe Islands, none of which we wanted to go. There was a note in the cabin when we got on the boat saying they couldn’t land. I am convinced the boat was too big as friends of ours landed the week before.

We suggested to the owner of the property that he leave specific instructions for opening and closing the doors. Modern flat with all black fittings. Minimalist and modern, but definitely not suitable for 4 people. Positive in that it's a few minutes from the station so very central and a good base for sightseeing.
