I'd have liked to choose from more than 2 suggested hotels, one of which was at the cruise ship terminal, but Island House was lovely, albeit on the flight path for Nassau airport, which would have been valuable information to know before we booked.

Jeff and the team did a perfect job from start to finish. We loved our holiday!

No fault of DialAFlight, but after spending three hours on the day before our return flight trying to complete the Passenger Locator form we went to the airport without one. BA made it clear that we would need one before flying. It took a further hour and a half and $100 with the help of an airport employee to complete the forms.

When checking out I had issues where the hotel added accommodation charges, although I had pre-paid. Helen and her team were fantastic and sorted out issues. I have been using you for well over 15 years and I recommend you to everyone.

A suggestion would be to maybe add a progression bar to show how much money the customer has put down and how much more they need to contribute. I'll definitely be using DialAFlight in the near future - Shelly was so so helpful.
