The stylish Villa Améthyste sleeps up to four guests. It boasts elegant contemporary design and breathtaking sea views. There are two bedrooms, both the same size, one with a king bed and one with two twins which can be made up as another king. Each has a bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower.

Downstairs, the villa has its own fitness room and a cinema room, as well as a third bathroom with a shower. There’s also a living area with television, DVD player and WiFi, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Bon Temps is a four to six-bedroom villa, nestled amid lush tropical foliage on the western side of Pointe Milou, on the north coast of St Barths. It boasts gorgeous ocean views, particularly at sunset.

The interior is classically styled in a soft colour palette, with custom mosaic floors and hand-painted tiles which give it a touch of the Mediterranean. All of the six bedrooms have high ceilings to give them an airy feel, and each has an en-suite bathroom. They all have ocean views.

There’s an open-air, fully-equipped kitchen, and the rates include a Continental breakfast each day which guests can enjoy outside on the covered terrace, there you gaze out over the 50-foot infinity pool, the Bay of Lorient, the islets of Chavreaux and Fourchue and the island of St Maarten in the distance.

Lorient Beach is only a five minute drive away, with the shops and dining of St Jean just ten minutes away.

Villa Indyana is a stylish and contemporary villa which boasts gorgeous views over the lush rolling hills, palms trees and blue skies. It’s located in Lurin, to the east of Gustavia and its two bedrooms make it an ideal choice for a small family or two couples travelling together.

The modern decor features cool greys and whites with vibrant splashes of colour. Villa Indyana is designed around The Great Room, an open-plan living and dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen at one end.

The two bedrooms are set off opposite sides of The Great Room. Each has a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, and each bedroom has direct access to the terrace through sliding glass doors. One bedroom also has a separate dressing area. There’s air-conditioning and WiFi throughout the property.

Out on the terrace is the tempting private pool, as well as a large outdoor dining table and sun loungers so that guests can relax and take in the views.

Villa Les Amis Du Vent is set in Mont Jean, on the north-east coast of St Barths, with spectacular panoramic ocean views. It’s a stylish, contemporary villa that can be sold as 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. It is designed in a Mediterranean style with luxurious facilities including a swimming pool and a fitness room.

The master bedroom has a four-poster king-size bed and two en-suite marble bathrooms as well as its own enclosed garden. The second bedroom opens out onto a terrace and has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, while the third bedroom, located on the opposite side of the garden, also has a king-size bed, en-suite marble bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, and private terrace.

The spacious living area overlooks the swimming pool, and there’s a large, well-equipped kitchen which opens onto an outdoor covered dining area, overlooking the pool and the bay. There’s also a fitness room and office, with another bathroom, and a TV room set near the swimming pool.
