The hotel at Bangkok was too far - I did not need over an hour's journey late at night and early next morning. I recommend a much nearer hotel which would be worth the extra cost. Also the driver was nearly half an hour late picking me up from the hotel in the morning.
All staff so helpful, even when we had to change flight details. Many thanks to Clark.
Shame about the return flight, but mechanical problems can't be avoided.
