One of our group travelled home alone and Etihad did a wonderful job of giving him assistance home. It was a long way for an 88-year-old man and he was really pleased with the service organised by your staff. Will certainly be talking to you again fairly soon.

Flew to George

BA staff at Johannesburg airport were very unhelpful. Asked to change seats to upper deck and were told it was full, no seats available. Asked to see screen to prove it and suddenly there were seats. They did change the seats and there were many empty seats. Bad attitude, but cabin staff were excellent

|

Disappointed with BA. Good service but seating in economy very cramped and uncomfortable. Inadequate locker space too. Will book SAA next time!

Callum was exceptionally helpful in helping me book flights home following a sudden bereavement in the middle of a trip to South Africa. He always secures a great price for me with our annual holiday but this time he went above and beyond to assist me.
