Flew to Nairobi

The journey was brilliant but unfortunately there were desert rainstorms in Doha so we couldn't land for a long time, neither could any other flights. But Qatar were very good.

Flew to Nairobi

Nairobi airport is a shambles, especially for transit passengers - clearly not designed for +300 seater aircraft and a total of 4 replicated security screenings before boarding!

Flew to Nairobi

Stan was brilliant. We outlined our desired itinerary and he knew exactly the flights, hotels etc that we needed. More than happy with DialAFlight and will definitely use them again

Flew to Nairobi

As ever the service was fantastic. One issue was although we were assured that our luggage would be automatically transferred from our Heathrow to Nairobi flight onto our Mombasa flight it was not. This meant that the hour and a half between the 2 flights was not enough time to pass through customs, collect out baggage and get to the domestic terminal and we missed our onward flight. it was no problem in the end as we were transferred onto the next flight. However, a lot of stress could have been avoided by booking the next flight and not trying to make the first flight.

We flew Rwandair via Kigale to Nairobi for the first time. Although initially uncertain, we were reassured by Marshall and the price was appealing. So pleased we chose this route because we found the whole experience perfectly fine - my vegan daughter liked the food (for once), airline staff were great and the stopover in Kigale was very smooth. The current airport is small and charming and so clean! The plane was delayed a bit both there and coming back, so it was good that we had allowed for this regarding our other connections, and our driver waiting to collect us in Nairobi was unable to track the flight. Overall though it was a pleasant and smooth journey. Thank you once again for choosing the best option for our particular needs.

Nicole was fantastic. We had to make last minute changes to our itinerary during our work trip to Kenya and Uganda. She responded very quickly and was super-efficient, as always. She was also very supportive when we encountered unexpected problems over our Kenyan visa applications. My colleague was very impressed by Nicole and said he would definitely use DialAFlight again when he returns to the region with his film crew.
