You do not have to get a Visa on line . It is easier to pull down the Application Form and complete formalities on arrival . The Kenya website has been amended to that effect .

I lost the booking on one flight due to weather-interrupted internet. Maybe you should send 'requests for payment' by SMS as well as email?

All went very well. Our son, now 28, suffers from ASD, (autistic spectrum disorder) and had never travelled on his own before. DialAFlight were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout and I can thoroughly recommend them.

British Airways were brilliant, they allowed the 3 of us an extra 23 kg bag each. That's around 35% extra luggage. We carried books and children's clothes for our work in an orphanage and various small schools in the slum areas of Nairobi. This was a great help

Hugo was really helpful and excellent. Never experienced excellent customer care before from a flight company like I did with you guys. I mean the guy called me the day before to wish me a safe trip. Amazing! Iam spreading the word about your company and booking again with you in April. Kudos!

Would love to know the baggage allowance in advance when booking rather than having to go the airline's website to find out. Other than that everything else perfect.

It would have been helpful to be made aware that although I was the lead person for two other travellers, I would not be able to book seats for us as they were not travelling one leg with me. This caused confusion and also resulted in us not sitting together on the rtn journey

Superb as always! Robin was exceptional in helping us plan and arrange the holiday. We have used DialAFlight several times for holidays to the Indian Ocean, USA and the latest Safari and Beach Holiday. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends and wouldn't use anyone else to organise our holidays in the future.
