The transfer time in Amsterdam was a bit tight and because of a delayed departure from Nairobi we missed the connecting flight. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Excellent service as usual. Pity BA can’t give same level of service especially when one asks for wheelchair assistance. Had to sit for nearly three hours in a waiting room at Heathrow before being taken to gate even with our own wheelchair

British Airways were brilliant, they allowed the 3 of us an extra 23 kg bag each. That's around 35% extra luggage. We carried books and children's clothes for our work in an orphanage and various small schools in the slum areas of Nairobi. This was a great help
