Sri Lanka Air were excellent, slight delays on take off both ways but nothing too serious or long. Travelling Business Class certainly makes a huge difference, particularly when there is a delay.

Reliable service, good to deal with
There was an issue where the meeting point hotel had been changed and not communicated by Intrepid Travel. This was very unnerving and stressful when I arrived there. I phoned the 24 hour hotline and the issue was sorted out promptly.
