Mason and Russell went out of their way to solve the problems I had prior to my departure on holiday.

Changes were made to our flights and they were not presented in the app. Otherwise, everything went as planned.

Excellent service by Clark Maroof. Extremely helpful and efficient. Sorted great deals, communicated brilliantly and have already recommended him and DiaLAFlight to others.

Only information that was incorrectly given to us was that we needed to clear customs with our baggage in Calgary when in fact it was in Victoria.

Everything worked really well - connections on the return absolutely perfect. I suspect KLM and Amsterdam were working more smoothly than Heathrow. Frazer did a great job. Just need a new passport now!

No problem with DialAFlight but extremely disappointed with Air Canada in every respect.

Air Canada cancelled my outward flight and I arrived 36 hours late at my destination. Not your fault at all, but I will think hard about flying with them again.

Your service was great. However BA flight into Vancouver delayed, missed onwards connection. No information from BA on arrival or help. WestJet had rebooked me for the next day but only found out by accident. Overnight stay required in Vancouver.

Change over at Vancouver very tight. Was advised to take earlier flight from Victoria which I did.

Brilliant, took all the stress out of getting to Cnada at 48 hours notice.
