Flew to Calgary

Hadn't flown since 2006 because I feared that my walking difficulties would create problems. But everything went like a dream. From the door of the terminal to my taxi at each destination I was assisted. May I commend your Travel Manager Lucas, who 'held my hand' throughout the booking and also acquiring my ESTA. I had a wonderful 15 days with my sister including a Bob Dylan concert and a few days in Montreal. I plan to visit frequently and when I do DialAFlight will be my first port of call. Thank you for a great service.

I've already recommended you to a number of people who have mentioned that they used Trailfinders. One observed that they didn't know that you do anything but flights as it doesn't say that in your ads.

Disappointed in location / quality of hotel in Toronto. Otherwise everything great

Flew to Toronto

Our family has used DialAFlight three times in the last twelve months (Spain, Trinidad, Canada). The staff are prompt, courteous, flexible, efficient and reliable - arranging flights, check-ins, hotels and transfers. They were recommended to us by a friend who uses them for flights to South Africa.

Excellent as always

Flew to Victoria

I would advise anyone when booking to make sure the hotel is quite near the city as the Westin Prince Hotel in Toronto was far too far away from the town.

Flew to Vancouver

Everything you organised worked perfectly. It may be useful to tell people if they are travelling AC Rouge that the service isn't as good (no free booze and no on screen info about the flight) return flight with AC much better.

Flew to Toronto

Staff are brilliant, any queries we had were answered immediately, changes made with no fuss, but most important that final tel call to ensure all was OK and we had done anything we had to do e.g. visas. Please pass on thanks to 'our' designated staff who looked after us.

All went well

Flew to Toronto

Air France let us down. They delayed the flight in Torronto for 2hrs to wait for 20 missing passengers. We were late in arriving at Paris. The assistance was late in arriving at the plane and had to go back for a wheelchair so we missed the connection by 5 minutes and they gave us two 80-year-olds a meagre 15 euros to sit in the airport for 10 hours. DialAFlight always! Air France never again

Well done Dan for helping our holiday go to plan.

Flew to Edmonton

Unlike all the other Canadians we met on our visit to their country Air Canada staff were brusque and unfriendly. Furthermore, the food offered was not up to the standard provided by their partner, Lufthansa.
