Travel North to Port Douglas via the Captain Cook Highway, one of Australia’s most scenic coastal drives. Explore The Rainforest Habitat Wildlife Sanctuary, Australia’s leading environmental wildlife experience, with a guided tour through the three wildlife environments depicted: the Rainforest, the Wetlands, and the Grasslands – morning tea included. Enjoy a guided rainforest walk with a brief stop in the refreshing and picturesque surrounds of Mossman Gorge. Cross the world renowned Daintree River by cable-driven ferry into Daintree National Park. Enjoy a Tropical Buffet lunch at the Cape Tribulation Resort & Spa, where you’ll have time to relax. Continue to Cape Tribulation Beach, where you can stroll along the beach or boardwalks with magnificent views of this World Heritage-listed site. Stop at Alexandra Lookout with magnificent breathtaking views of the Daintree River and Coral Sea. Spot crocodiles and other wildlife on a guided Daintree River Cruise through the mangroves along this croc-infested river. Afternoon tea is served before returning to Port Douglas and then on to Cairns.
