Great help from Lincoln in sorting out seats on BA.

Flights first rate no issue. On our return into Heathrow our assistance which had been booked was very lacking. We insisted it was booked and only once we refused to move did they return us to baggage control. This is the second time Heathrow have not carried out their responsibilities

Will always use you

Don’t recommend the Comfort Inn at Atlantic Airport. They have no shuttle to and from the airport which means $30 from the airport and $40 to the airport. Rip off!

Roger went above and beyond to help me with my travel. I had a few problems with British Airways through my trip but this is no reflection on the service I received from DialAFlight.

I particularly liked the fact that Simon phoned me a couple of weeks before travel to ensure everything was in place and that I had received my necessary ESTA. Very easy people to deal with and information all well put together and clear. Friendly, efficient and at a good price...what's not to like?
