Brilliant service - I cannot speak more highly of the service, nothing was too much trouble. I felt safe and secure all down to Andrew Akoo. a fantastic person.
All went well but I was expecting a contact from you when I was leaving only because I have had that service in the past but all went well.
Everything worked out great except assistance at Manchester airport who let me down. Just a point which I hadn't expected - no lounge in the USA unless you were flying international!
Airport hotel in Denver not as good as expected. Staff very unhelpful. Room OK but breakfast and general overall service not recommended

Being able to contact DialAFlight without the usual long delays of being in a queue was extraordinary. 1st class service!
My only concern was that I never received a contract or final invoice from National Car Rental which they assured me they would email, also not sure if a deposit was taken and refunded? Would definitely use your company again as really appreciate not having to hold on the phone for ages so please don't change that!
As ever Ash delivered. Hermitage Hotel in Nashville was excellent. Only watch out next time is car hire. Is there a way to get better, faster gold service? Waiting times at airports to collect cars using standard method was very long.

Lee Coughtrey was extremely helpful and supportive. My return flight from Denver to London was cancelled and he rearranged a direct flight to get back to London the same day. He dealt with this matter in a very speedy and swift manner which helped to allay any concerns and anxiety I had.

Amazing, amazing service! First off, price was a slay, and booking was super easy. For the actual trip, unfortunately I missed a connection at LAX due to an ungodly queue at passport control. Karina on the DAF emergency line was so kind and comforting and called literally everyone she could to try and get me on a flight with another carrier. I ended up having to get two red eyes through Dallas due to the the airlines policies and my shoddy travel insurance not covering missed connections. But she was a beacon in a very stressful solo first ever longhaul flight! So yeah. DialAFlight are great, but massive thanks to her!
Only thing that went "wrong" was we got a 2WD car instead of 4WD. Turns out it isn't illegal to drive it in the mountains but we thought we had specified 4WD - we will know to do that in the future
Phillip was amazing sorting out new flights when our Aspen - Houston leg was cancelled. He found several solutions and completely saved us any worry or panic
A reminder about the need for an ESTA would have been useful but otherwise everything was great. My seat at the back of the plane gave me lots of extra room
The airports and airlines are a complete disaster. I’m glad I had DialAFlight to rely on when things went awry.
