Only negative was the transfer as the minicab was old and we got stopped by police on entry into the airport. When the police finally let us through the driver dropped us at the other side of the terminal to the check in

Easyjet have zero customer service at Tenerife airport. My flight was delayed by nearly 8 hours and we were treated abysmally by the very few easyjet staff that did eventually appear. Appalling lack of customer relation skills displayed by this company.

My only problem was that by the time the food got to me there was nothing left to eat and I was very hungry! I settled for a cold crumbly scone that was awful. Not good BA!
