All the arrangements went very, very well.
Our only problem was the taxi was not at the airport in Malta when we arrived and we had to ring and wait 30 mins, he blamed the late arrival of the plane. Also it was 15 mins late collecting us from the hotel.

Working directly with Jerry Bushnell is a delight. He is so helpful and knowledgeable and even when I am abroad he is there to help with problems. I wouldn't dream of booking my flights anywhere else

Swimming pools at the hotel were lovely but had frustrating opening times 10.00-5.30. So you couldn’t swim before a day out and they were closed by the time you got back. There was an indoor pool with longer hours but who wants to swim indoors when the sun is shining? Not your company’s fault but you might pass it on. Otherwise a fantastic holiday

Hotel in very good location for Valletta break. Excellent 5* accommodation. Wonderful views, delicious breakfast. Only negative was my fault - should always book for SIX nights max for city break.
Taxi driver who picked me up from the hotel - I thought he was practising for Brands Hatch. Quite a reckless driver
