As always Orlando went beyond expectations
Slight hassle with the taxi transfers to and from the airport. After a few messages, and a phone call from our hotel to our driver for the return journey, it all resolved itself.
Everything was OK apart from the company Hoppa Go which you guys provided us to pick us up from the Paris airport and take us to our hotel did not show up and we had to pay for our own taxi to take us to the hotel..thay was disappointing.
Once again, Tommy provided me with another excellent trip. Even with some uncertainty from the political situation at destination I was provided with reassurance and flexible options. Trip was fantastic and ran smoothly. Will be booking my next trip with him. Legend.
Richard, as always, organised a great short break ably supported by Max. The Hotel Six recommendation in Paris was a great find.

From our first contact with Jeff Lee, who at short notice, organised the perfect trip to Paris for my family (the outstanding Lancaster on the Champs Elysees, a great location for exploring Paris) to organising cars for transport to and from the hotel I could not recommend your team highly enough. However, the sign of a great agent is when things go wrong and when our flight with easyJet was cancelled at short notice to return home and following a frantic call for help he and his team swung into action and within minutes secured us a return flight home on an alternative carrier boarding the flight with 5 minutes to spare! From now on there will be just one place we will go to source our family trips
