Wasn't happy being told 24 hours before flying that Birmingham to Brussels flight was cancelled then flew from Manchester and had to change taxis .

Wheelchair assistance seemed to be a real issue at the airports. On occasion attitude of BA staff and airport assistance was a little harsh to say the least.

The hotel was lovely, though the canal view room windows were heavily draped and small so not sure it's worth paying extra as the canaal is small. We recommend that area of Venice as handy but away from the crowds.
