We put ourselves in your shoes and think 'what kind of traveller would stay here?', and 'would we really want to stay here?' If we know you're on a city break, we'll make sure you stay near public transport so you have speedy access to the important sights, or if a beach is your priority, we'll find you a room which opens up directly onto the sand.

There are teams of travel enthusiasts at DialAflight whose job is to create relationships with hotels and hotel chains to ensure our clients get top treatment, the lowest rates and best deals. These friendships keep us competitive and knowledgeable about everything from upgrades to openings and special offers, so you won't miss a trick.

We visit as many hotels as we can. We explore, examine and test the quality and service of every aspect of the hotel from the rooms to the restaurants and facilities. Then we come home and ask ourselves crucial questions, such as 'is the room upgrade really worth the price difference?', and 'was the pool area really as relaxing as the website claims?'. We know that it can be tricky to believe what you read on the internet and in brochures, which is why our team try their best to give you recommendations from first-hand experience.

Ultimately, if we visit a hotel we don't like, or find that service (even if it's over the phone) is not up to scratch, we won't recommend it to you. Simple as that. If we wouldn't stay there ourselves, we don't expect you to. On the other hand, sometimes a website doesn't do a hotel justice, which is why word from the horses' mouth can be the key to finding a hidden gem and having a fabulous holiday.
