Hotel Atlantico Copacabana is a 4 star hotel but is a little tired. And £30 for intermittent in-room wifi over 6 days is expensive. It should be free! Lobby porters tried to scam extra money out of me by arranging inflated taxi prices to the airport - it should be 50 reals, they suggested 80 reals. All niggling things. I didn't sense a welcoming attitude from the concierge until the last day - maybe they were just glad I was going!.

Not only would I recommend DAF and Nathan in particular, but I have already done so to business colleagues, associates, friends and family. He will certainly be asked to arrange my future business travel arrangements and thereby relieve me of the wasted time and burden of reviewing airline websites and trying to converse with airline staff by telephone. One of the things which I particularly like about the DAF set up is that the phone is always answered on the first ring and even if the Broker of choice is not immediately available, he will return the call at first opportunity.

Even in the days when it's relatively easy to book one's own flights, the knowledge that an experienced travel operator brings is an invaluable lifeline. Before travel, it means someone can tell you that 30 minutes is not enough transfer time in Heathrow.
