Leave after breakfast to visit the two most famous landmarks of Rio. More than a million tourists each year visit the world famous Sugar Loaf Mountain which has become an iconic symbol of the city. The journey to the top is made in glass cable-cars which stop first at the top of Urca Hill, then you continue in a second cable-car to the top of Sugar Loaf itself where you get great views of the entire city.
After the trip down you are taken for a delicious lunch before travelling to the bottom of the Corcovado Hill where you catch a train that climbs the mountain where the statue of Christ the Redeemer is located, which has recently been elected as one of the Seven New Wonders of the World. From the top beneath the huge statue you have a fantastic panoramic view of Rio.
