I was glad to have used DialAFlight after ignoring suggestions from friends to find my own flight on the internet and save a few pounds. I picked up the phone and got through to Ted who found me flights and sorted out my bookings. The real joy came when I decided to extend my return flight by another month, as I was having such a wonderful time. An email to Ted was all I needed, he advised me what he could do and I went back to the beach to surf. My friends had to make at least 3 expensive phone calls, to places all over the world and then to top it off, make the long journey into the capital, Colombo and visit their airlines headquarters to sort out.
