Hop on Hop off City Sightseeing Oslo

Hop on and see the city

Experience a bus tour around Oslo and see the sights! Oslo is the oldest of the Scandinavian capitals and was founded by Harald Hadrade in the 11th Century. It is surrounded by mountains and stands at the head of a beautiful 70 mile long fjord. On this hop on hop off tour among the places you can visit are Akershus Slott and the fascinating Viking Ship Museum.

To the rest of the world, Norway is where Mother Nature has created one of her finest works of art. Against such a wonderful natural canvas, it's easy to forget that man can also be artistic, and you will be surprised to discover that Oslo is home to world-class museums and galleries rivalling anywhere else in Europe. The city is fringed by forests, hills and lakes and has a thriving cafe and bar culture and top-notch restaurants.

Northern Lights Tour from Tromso

See the lights

If there is one must do activity when visiting Norway it is to take a trip out to see the famous Northern Lights, also known as Aurora Borealis, which is one of nature's true wonders. You'll never be able to truly describe the feeling as you watch this dazzling spectacle appear right above you. Tromso, in the far north of the country, is one of the best places in the world to go chasing this natural phenomenon.

You can go on a Northern Lights chase any evening, regardless of weather or the numbers signed up for the trip. Every minibus or bus has one professional driver and one authorised guide on board and their mission is to take you wherever the chances to admire the magnificent Aurora are best at that specific moment. This is one experience you will never forget.

Reindeer Sledding under the Northern Lights

Reindeer ride to the Lights

This unforgettable reindeer sledding trip takes you to a place with little artificial light and excellent conditions to spot the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). Reindeer Sledding is the oldest and most traditional means of transportation in the North and this tour is the perfect way to experience a truly traditional ride, as all the guides come from actual Reindeer Herding families.

You are taken out to their camp on the island of Kvaloya and served a traditional hot Sami meal, while enjoying storytelling, seeing a display of cultural artefacts and hearing traditional songs around the fire place in a lavvo (Sami herdmens tent). The food and entertaiment is great while you wait for the magnificent Aurora to make its appearance and dance above you in the night sky.
