Next stop is the picturesque village of St. Wolfgang where you enjoy a lovely boat ride on the lake.

Then visit the village of St. Gilgen followed by the Krottensee and finally the Mondsee (Moonlake), one of Austria's last privately owned lakes. Its southwestern shore marks the border between the states of Upper Austria and Salzburg but also between the limestone alps in the south and the sandstone zone of the northern alps. The Dragon wall of this lake is an impressive sight.
