We had to transfer terminals at Heathrow with an overnight in between and an early check-in. The hotel was fine but in retrospect it would have been preferable to have a hotel near the terminal we were leaving from early the second day rather than our arrival terminal the night before.

Canal House was a perfect hotel as a base in Amsterdam - I would thoroughly recommend it.

Problems with landing at St Lucia resulting in a diversion to Barbados. Pilot and crew handled it very well and kept us informed.

Expect high prices and standards to match - just don't turn up on a Tuesday, when the restaurant is closed!
