I’m really happy that I booked my flights with Jeff, rather than doing it myself. Our connecting flight to Victoria Falls was cancelled by the regional airline, with no offer of another flight on that day. Jeff sorted it all out and booked us onto a flight with an alternative airline. It would have been very stressful if I had to sort it all out myself.

Rwandair was functional. Business Class wine and beverages awful, food staid, breakfast n/a. My choice but I will think harder next time!

When flying on an A380 into Jo'burg you need to allow quite a bit of time between connections if you want your luggage to make the connection. It take them a long time to unload an A380. Under 2 hours was not enough.
