Kate Moss is making her way to India to be part of a new exhibition titled The Kate Moss Collection by Gert Elfering.
The exhibition will include 50 photographs, paintings and sculptures of the international supermodel done by some of the world’s most famous photographers and artists. The exhibition, put together by German art collector Gert Elfering, will include work by Albert Waston, Nick Knight, Mert & Marcus, Allen Jones, Dino and Jake Chapman. The show will travel to six cities, starting in Delhi before flying to Dubai, London, Hong Kong, Moscow and Barcelona. Co-organising the event will be UK based events management company Maxemize and its Indian counterpart The Lady bird Effect. "We will be showcasing about 50 art pieces, mostly photographs and a few sculptures of Kate suitable to Indian sensibilities," said Elfering. The exhibition will last four days, starting on the 25th April at the Imperial, and the after-party will be held at Delhi’s luxury nightclub LAP, owned by Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal. Speaking of the after-party, Rampal said "it's very exciting to be hosting the after-party for Kate Moss and Gert Elfering for this fabulous event they're bringing to India. Fashion meets art - and this is the perfect fit for LAP.” Mandira Koirala from The Lady Bird Effect said "we're excited to bring this unique event to India for the first time and to collaborate with Gert Elfering and Kate Moss is an absolute honor. The event will be a special experience not to be missed." Kate Moss is said to be heading over to India meet Elfering before the exhibition where she is rumoured to be taking part in a special photo shoot for the exhibition. Image Sources: 12
